The investment was made through an Italian real estate fund <strong>managed by Polis Fondi SGR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The portfolio includes <strong>two modern retail warehouses totaling more than 17,000 square meters<\/strong>: The first facility, built in 2013, is located in <strong>Vicenza<\/strong>; the second asset was completed in the second half of 2023 and is <strong>located in Caserta<\/strong>. Both assets are built to high <strong>ESG standards and are equipped with solar panels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;We are pleased to have completed another transaction with LeadCrest, which has deep knowledge of the retail sector and a long history in the Italian market,&#8221; <strong>commented Michele Cuoccio, CFO of Tenomat Italia<\/strong>.
