Sears si sta chiudendo un gran numero<\/a> di negozi<\/a>, purtroppo poco profittevoli. Il gruppo americano chiuder\u00e0 ben 68 dei suoi negozi a insegna Kmart<\/strong> e 10 punti vendita a insegna Sears<\/strong> entro l\u2019estate, dopo aver dato l\u2019annuncio della chiusura lo scorso mese di febbraio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alla fine dello scorso esercizio, il 30 gennaio, la societ\u00e0 operava con 941 negozi Kmart e 731 negozi Sears (tra cui 26 negozi specializzati) e vendite annuali pari a 25,146<\/strong> miliardi di dollari<\/strong>. Questa cifra \u00e8 stata del 20% in meno rispetto all’anno precedente. Le vendite , a parit\u00e0 di rete, sono diminuite del 9,2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unprofitable Sears and Kmart stores closed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sears is closing a fairly large number of stores. The American retail group will close 68 of its Kmart stores<\/strong> and ten Sears stores<\/strong> this summer, having announced the closure of unprofitable stores back in February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the last financial year on 30 January, the company operated 941 Kmart stores and 731 Sears stores (including 26 speciality stores) and its annual sales amounted to USD 25.146 bn.<\/strong> This figure was 20 per cent down on the previous year. Sales on a comparable store area have declined by 9.2 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
