Nel reparto cucine invece l\u2019uso della Virtual Reality consente di visualizzare le soluzioni nel proprio ambiente domestico. Si stanno sperimentando varie soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale per creare sistemi di analitics in grado di orientare costantemente le strategie che riguardano le leve del retail mix. Grazie ai prezzi digitali <strong>Ponto Frio sta sperimentando politiche di pricing dinamico<\/strong>, in base a vari fattori analizzati e obiettivi e usa il riconoscimento visivo per i clienti di fronte ai <a title=\"Sezione video mercato Bricolage e Garden\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/video\/\">video<\/a> wall per decidere quali video proiettare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per motivare il team di negozio a un approccio proattivo ma non invadente,<strong> i clienti che mostrano interesse per un prodotto vengono registrati e se la vendita si conclude online viene riconosciuta all\u2019addetto che l\u2019aveva avviata<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come alternativa alle classiche indagini di NPS si sta ad esempio testando un software che consente <strong>il riconoscimento facciale dei clienti in ingresso e in uscita dal negozio per registrarne la soddisfazione<\/strong>, valutando il gap inizio-fine. Il concept viene rimodulato ogni 3 mesi in base ai risultati e alle analisi dei responsabili, oltre al calendario che offre a turno ai partner fornitori lo spazio dedicato agli gi\u00e0 ottenendo risultati molto superiori alla catena in relazione alla superficie. <strong>L\u2019uso delle ultime tecnologie genera traffico e facilita la conversione<\/strong>, oltre a supportare il team nelle relazioni e nelle vendite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sfida:<\/strong> continuare a selezionare le tecnologie a supporto in base ai risultati e anche ai feedback del team di
