{"id":40681,"date":"2020-10-01T11:27:32","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T09:27:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/?p=40681"},"modified":"2023-10-08T11:24:12","modified_gmt":"2023-10-08T09:24:12","slug":"kingfisher-vende-castorama-russia-a-maxidom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ten.giudansky.net\/new\/international-news\/kingfisher-vende-castorama-russia-a-maxidom\/","title":{"rendered":"Kingfisher vende Castorama Russia a Maxidom"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kingfisher plc ha annunciato di aver completato la vendita di Castorama Russia a Maxidom, una delle principali societ\u00e0 di&nbsp;Russia.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il corrispettivo totale di circa <strong>7,4 miliardi di RUB, ovvero 73 milioni di sterline<\/strong>, sar\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/international-news\/svezia-cresce-il-fai-da-te-per-risparmiare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">soddisfatto<\/a> come segue: l&#8217;80% pagato alla chiusura della transazione e il restante 20% da versare in rate uguali in due anni. Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bricoliamo.com\/mercato\/mercato-notizie\/il-contenuto-televisivo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">valore<\/a> dell&#8217;operazione in <strong>euro \u00e8 di oltre 80 milioni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particolare si tratta di <strong>18 punti vendita, per un totale di 188.000 mq<\/strong> di superficie di vendita e oltre 1.800 addetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vendita ha ottenuto tutte le approvazioni normative e <strong>si \u00e8 conclusa il 30 settembre<\/strong>. <strong>Thierry Garnier, CEO di Kingfisher, ha dichiarato<\/strong>: &#8220;Sono lieto di annunciare il completamento della vendita di Castorama Russia a Maxidom. Vorrei ringraziare i nostri colleghi di Castorama Russia per il loro contributo a Kingfisher e auguro loro ogni bene per il futuro&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maxidom \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 importante catena di <a title=\"Notizie sui negozi Brico e Garden\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/tag\/negozi\/\">negozi<\/a> di bricolage russa<\/strong>.&nbsp;\u00c8 entrato nel mercato nel 1997.
