Di questi 626 sono a conduzione diretta mentre 178 in affiliazione, franchising o associati.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al netto di aperture, uscite e chiusure, la prima parte dell\u2019anno in corso <strong>vede aumentare di 10 unit\u00e0 il parco <a title=\"Notizie sui negozi Brico e Garden\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/tag\/negozi\/\">negozi<\/a> e la novit\u00e0 \u00e8 che la categoria affiliazione \u00e8 stabile,<\/strong> <strong>con un negozio in pi\u00f9<\/strong>, rispetto all\u2019importante flessione dello scorso anno dove hanno chiuso o sono usciti ben 36 punti vendita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un piccolo recupero e piccoli scostamenti in termini percentuali, dato che il numero complessivo della rete della <a title=\"Notizie sulla grande distribuzione Brico e Garden\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/tag\/gds\/\">GDS<\/a> del bricolage aumenta dell\u20191,1% e dell&#8217;1,4% per i diretti. Invariata la categoria <strong>affiliazione che oggi, in totale, rappresenta poco pi\u00f9 del 22% dei centri bricolage<\/strong>, con 178 unit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forse pi\u00f9 interessante, in questo periodo, \u00e8 <strong>la progressiva trasformazione degli assortimenti,<\/strong> con proposte nuove \u2013 gli elettrodomestici \u2013 o prodotti che da stagionali diventano continuativi, come ad esempio nel comparto garden, a seguito dei progressivi cambiamenti climatici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo una piccola premessa all\u2019articolo che potrete leggere in approfondimento, <strong>oltre
